Then join us at the Florida Railroad Museum for the Chili Cookoff and Festival 11am to 3pm. There will be food vendors\, craft vendors and plenty to entertain the kiddos! Fun for the whole family!This years musical guest will be Black Thorn Rose! Click the image below to check out their Facebook page.The enter the Chili Competition: Each team must register for a booth site for entry in the 2026 Parrish Heritage Festival and Chili Cook Off. Each entry gives your team the opportunity to participate in the Chili Cook Off and ten (10) tickets to the event (a $100 value!). You may sell these tickets or give them to friends or customers for entry into the event. Upon receiving your registration form and entry fee\, you will be emailed details about the Team Meeting Date. PLEASE NOTE: If you need a Tent Package (includes: 10 x 10 tent\, two (2) propane tacks\, two (2) burners\, two (2) 8' table\, two (2) chairs\, cooking utensils\, delivery\, tent set up and clean up)\, add an additional $250.00 to your entry fee payment.
