Creating the Hometown Christmas Experience

Parrish Hometown Christmas is designed to bring families together for an evening of holiday fun, activities,

market shopping, great food, and community connection. Sponsorships help us create the experiences that

make the event special - from Santa and children's activities to entertainment, games, and gathering spaces

- while giving local businesses a meaningful way to be part of the celebration.

Registration & Payment

• Sponsorship registration and payment will be completed here online.

• Businesses that need to pay by check may complete Check Payment Slip on the final page of the Sponsorship Packet.

• Sponsorship opportunities are not reserved or confirmed until payment has been received.

• Availability is limited; selecting an opportunity during registration does not hold the sponsorship without payment.

• Optional 10' x 10' booth space is available only with sponsorship opportunities of $1,000 or more.

Booth space must be requested at registration; requests received after December 1 will not be fulfilled.

Business Spotlight Feature

Sponsorship opportunities of $1,000 or more include a Business Spotlight feature on PCA/PABA social

media. To help us tell your story, please provide:

• A brief business history or introduction

• A short description of your current products, services, or offerings

• Exciting news, recent milestones, community involvement, or something you would like us to highlight

• Website, social media links, and/or preferred customer contact information

• One high-quality feature photo that represents your business; additional photos may be provided

• PCA/PABA may lightly edit submitted information for length, clarity, and social media formatting.

Vendor spaces are not confirmed until registration has been approved and payment has been received.

Creating the Christmas Market Experience

Parrish Hometown Christmas is designed to shine a light on handmade makers, local market vendors, PABA

member businesses, and community organizations while creating a fun, festive holiday shopping experience for

families. Our goal is a thoughtfully curated mix of unique products, great food and treats, and community

activities that make families want to explore, shop, eat, and stay awhile.

All vendors must be approved by the event planning committee.

Vendor categories may be limited to maintain a balanced mix of products and reduce excessive duplication.

• Applicants should provide clear descriptions and photos of the products they plan to sell or the activity they plan to offer. Photos may also be used by the Parrish Civic Association for event promotion.

• Businesses that do not sell products at the event - such as insurance agencies, real estate professionals, financial services, home services, and similar service-based businesses - are not eligible for vendor booth space.

• Service-based businesses are encouraged to participate through event sponsorship opportunities, including interactive opportunities such as Santa's Elf Crew or Reindeer Games.

• Participation is limited to the vendor type, products, or activity approved by the event planning committee.

Food Trucks and Food Service Tents

Food Trucks and Food Service Tents will be secured outside of the standard vendor guidelines due to limited space and access constraints.
